Quick Relief Control Valve is a safety valve designed to protect the system by quickly relieving high pressure waves with its sudden opening feature in water systems with excessive pressure increases. Thanks to the pilot on it, the inlet pressure is precisely adjusted to the desired value. When the system pressure exceeds the specified level, the valve opens quickly and discharges the excess pressure to the outside and prevents possible damage. Despite its sudden opening feature, since it works on hydraulic principle, it performs its closing movement slowly and controlled, so it does not create additional pressure fluctuations in the system. It offers a long-lasting and reliable solution with its 100% leak-proof closing feature. It can be used alone at critical points in water systems or it can serve as a safety and warning valve in the outlet lines of pressure reducing control valves.
